Located in historic downtown Cambridge, Maryland, Bistro Poplar stays true to classic French cuisine while blending Mediterranean and Asian flavors for a uniquely American result. Our menu changes with each season using the freshest ingredients possible. We make the most of local fruit, vegetables, dairy products, seafood and meat from producers across Maryland's Eastern Shore. Our hand-picked wines, beers and specialty cocktails reflect the thoughtful simplicity and elegance of our food.

Tapas. All small plates. Everything is meant to be shared, though we will not make you share your food. Some don’t like to share and we’re okay with that. We recommend ordering 3-4 items per person. Though we are extremely attentive, service is very relaxed in that the food comes to you when it’s ready. Unless you would prefer a more structured, old school style of dining, we are willing to course it out for you as well. Open your minds and mouths to Chef Ian Campbell’s ever changing tapas menu. You will not be disappointed.
